Throughout my years as a therapist, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to train and apply various theoretical approaches in my practice. This diverse experience has allowed me to tailor my treatment methods to the unique needs of each client. I have drawn from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for addressing thought patterns and behaviors, Mindfulness-Based Therapies to cultivate present-moment awareness, Solution-Focused Therapy for goal-oriented support, Psychodynamic Therapy for exploring past experiences' influence, and Trauma-Informed Therapy to prioritize safety and empowerment. y integrating these different theoretical perspectives, I strive to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment, empowering my clients on their journey toward growth, healing, and positive change.
